We could not have made it through selling a home & buying a new home at the same time without this WONDERFUL lady. We had some ups and a good many downs that most people would have probably walked away from & there were times I was ready to walk away- but not with cheerleader Lori on your side. We are impressed with Lori's service from the very beginning. From the time we were contemplating on the sale of our house, Lori offered suggestions and gentle guidance throughout the whole business transaction. She was particularly insightful on choosing when to place the house on the market, what to do to prepare the house both inside and out, plus staging the home to highlight the features of the house. There was one evening, Lori was sick at home, yet she listened over the phone to our seemingly simple real estate questions and patiently answered them in layman language that we could understand. We are aware that Lori deals with accounts much larger than ours. Nevertheless she made us feel special by giving us her full attention when we spoke. Lori communicated frequently, we were always fully informed of the whole sales process up to closing. We trusted Lori with one of our biggest investments of our lives and she delivered greatly!

She steered me to know a good fair price to ask. If I ever needed to discuss anything concerning the property she was always kind, prompt to return calls.
