If you want a fair, market knowledgable, client minded realtor, who is always advancing her skill set in order be better equipped to serve you, than Lori is your agent. She does what she says she will do. She foresees possible problems and advises to resolve prior. Instead of questing the square footage for listing of our home, she said she would pay for an accurate appraisal to be completed prior. This would prevent if an offer came and the footage was less upon bank appraisal, having to come down in price as a result. Indeed, the house was considerable less in square footage than the prior listing from when we purchased! She also had a professional photographer come out. The pictures were far superior to a realtor capturing photos for the listing.

I arrived flew into Nashville on a very cold, January Monday afternoon, for the week of house hunting with a “big time” realtor. Come to find out that realtor hadn’t listened to a thing I’d said and didn’t have anything to show me that “I wanted” to see. So sitting in the hotel room in Nashville that night, looking at listings, I came across a home and sent the realtor a message. That realtor was my blessing…. Lori! By the time I turned in for the night, I was set to meet Lori to look at homes the next morning at 10:00am. After a couple homes and talking, she quickly knew what type of home I was looking for, what area would best suit my liking and we were off on our search! We met again the next day. Lori showed me so many homes that I lost count. Her knowledge of the market, along with that of spotting the good and “not so good” points of a home was top notch. I quickly knew I could trust her word. After 3 days of viewing homes, “the one” was apparent! We started the process of negotiations. To make her job even harder, I lived in the Midwest and we had to do all the business long distance! Lori also helped by referring me to local mortgage companies to work with. She was the greatest from day one and never slowed down! I knew I could count on Lori if I needed anything along the journey. I had said after my last move that I’d never move again. Finally I deemed it necessary to leave the “four seasons” behind for a warmer climate. Thank you Lori for making my “last move” my BEST MOVE!
