After researching real estate agents to help me sell a piece of land, Lori Garner kept showing up at the top of reviews, and sales in my area . I made contact with Lori and told her of my intentions, and within a week my property was posted. My first offer came in just 2 days, but we couldn’t reach an agreement. My second offer came in just a couple of days later, and resulted in a contract. Less than 2 weeks I had a contract and closing date. Anything I needed or any question I had, Lori took care of it, and had answered. This process was so easy , I couldn’t believe it. Thank God I had Lori working for me.
