Our expanding family was quickly outgrowing the 3-bedroom townhouse we were renting, so we knew it was time to find a new home. I had known Lori from her work in the community, but didn’t realize she was a Realtor until she happened to be selling the townhouse right next to us. After a short conversation (and witnessing Lori use a pressure washer to help her sellers prepare their home for sale), her dedication to her clients was apparent. Our sellers needed a month-long rentback and we were out of state when they moved out. In our absence, Lori eagerly accepted “landlord” duties and completed the final inspection. She even ensured the home was professionally cleaned, so we could move in upon our return. I’m not sure we could have relied on Lori more, but I’m confident that if there was anything else we would have needed, she’d have taken care of it—likely before we even asked. From searching for and securing the right home to finding a trusted lender and hiring a home inspector and movers, Lori made our buying process seamless—even enjoyable.
