Lori, Did a good job of helping to sell a lot that she indicated was not very desirable. She seems very knowledgeable about the Rio Rico area in Arizona, and I would recommend her if you are trying to sell property in that area. She also went the extra mile to provide me with a very thorough letter which I needed for tax purposes. At times, there were short delays in her response to questions and issues. I don't think there was much negotiating to do with the buyer, so it is hard for me to actually judge that aspect.
