Lori arranged for the sale of a lot we owned in Arizona but the sale did not go through because the perk test failed. The buyers could have put in a pumped system but did not want the extra expense. The same thing happened to an adjacent lot. When Lori was helping a buyer look for property in the area she came up with the idea of combining the two lots to make one larger very nice parcel. The lots are located high on a hill and afford spectacular views. She pitched the idea to the buyer and they were interested. Lori, Did a good job of helping to sell a lot that she indicated was not very desirable. She seems very knowledgeable about the Rio Rico area in Arizona, and I would recommend her if you are trying to sell property in that area. She also went the extra mile to provide me with a very thorough letter which I needed for tax purposes. At times, there were short delays in her response to questions and issues. I don't think there was much negotiating to do with the buyer, so it is hard for me to actually judge that aspect.
