I could not have asked for a more professional and helpful agent. Mrs. Cappiello was generous of her time and expertise from beginning to end. She provided me with useful insights into which updates and minor renovations would be cost-effective prior to the sale, was always letting me know ahead of time what forms and information would be needed, navigated graciously delays created by the pandemic and truly took my side in any discussions with my buyers' agent. She was straightforward and well-informed whenever financial or other practical aspects of the sale were discussed. Her attention to details showed how much she cares about her clients: she clearly re-read carefully every official document before submission - and caught typos that would have caused delays; she took the time to take great pictures of the house, which definitely caught the eye of buyers. She even toured the house with me one last time to make sure I had not forgotten any belongings... on any shelf or any drawers - anywhere!
