This is my third experience of selling and purchasing a home and let me tell you this has been by far the best! Lorene made it clear in the beginning that she was a realtor who fought for you, but I heard this before by others so I really didn't expect much. However when the time came Lorene really did do just that. Just to specify a few scenarios, I had to get something fixed on my house for the sell of my home by a certain deadline, with all that has been going on with Covid everyone has been booked and I could not find someone to come out with in the month let alone that week which is what my deadline was. Lorene took things in her own hands and found someone for me which I thought was impossible. She also fought for me in the purchase of my new home when the inspection time came and the seller did not want to fix certain things, Lorene did not budge. In my experience most realtors will just back down because they want to make sure the sale will go through, but Lorene would not settle for anything less than the best for me and got the seller to fix the things we wanted. When the time comes you will want Lorene on your side trust me.

Selling a home is not always easy but Lorene helped us so much on the sale of my moms home and our house. Both were an emotional experience for me but she guided us through it. She got us our asking price on both sales!
