Lorena is a realtor/negotiator/businesswoman by day and psychologist by night. From the beginning she reassured me 100% and made sure I was satisfied with my sale and purchases in the DMV area. Being from out of state I was shocked at the DMV market but Lorena made me feel at ease with selling and purchasing. I’ve bought six houses in my life. The first three were all with different realtors and they were not even close to being as helpful as Lorena. They showed me houses and didn’t do much else. The last three Houses were all bought with Lorena and she saved me tens of thousands of dollars. If I had her negotiating skills or just half her knowledge with the first three I would be much more well off. I will continue to purchase houses with her expertise and I’ll always trust her with my funds.
