It was a pleasure working with Loraine. She was pleasant, friendly and knowledgable and always had a smile on her face. We had lots of challenging questions and twists and turns with our purchase, and she handled them with ease and grace. One of the best things about Loraine was that she was quick to respond whenever we called, texted, or emailed her. One time she was sick, and we didn't know it, and she still took the time to research information for us. We'll definitely use her again for our next purchase in Austin.
