She’s very knowledgeable of the process and will make sure that you get the house that you want, no matter what… she helped us find a good deal, helped us with the credit score ,worked with the lender and make sure that we get something as welcome gift from the builder. She didnt give up when things didnt get our way, cause she said there is always a way. And we like that about her. Very tenacious. Overall, the process was smooth coz she took all the stress out.

Len was knowledgeable within selling and buying properties. She’s helpful and proactive in giving tips and input on how to market our property. She was able to get offers on our house within 2 weeks after listing. And during the transitions she also helped out on providing Contractors infos for any work or repairs that’s needed. Lora went above and beyond every day. No time was a bad time to contact her. She was always extremely responsive and gave great advice on everything. Not sure if she sleeps. lol. She saved me a lot of money with my survey and my homeowner's insurance and even just smaller things like security systems. She was on top of everything related to the Title Company and my HOA. It is hard to remember and list everything because there were so many large and small details that she guided me through with this home purchase.
