Lonnie represented us in the sale of a rental property that we decided we no longer wanted because being a landlord was just not our thing. He guided us through each step, was always available and provided quick responses. He was really dedicated to the sale of this house, holding multiple open houses, helping us deal with multiple offers, as well as a transaction that fell through at the last minute.
