Lonnie did a superb job of selling our home. There's simply no performance metric that doesn't rate a 5 of 5. Lonnie is very personable and takes the time to explain the process so we understand exactly what we're doing and when we're doing it. He went even further by not only recommending a local agent in Orange County where we were buying our replacement home, but also coordinating as needed with our other agent and escrow company to help us close escrow on both the sale and purchase on the same day. Everything came together seamlessly--a complete repeat of his services when we bought the home 7 years ago! What a professional!
