Lonnie is an all-star who recognizes and respects the big deal that buying a home is and it shows with every interaction we had with him. He is an expert at every step of the process from simply browsing to the "final walk through". He was patient and understanding with our back-and-forth approach to each house, or even wanting a house at all. Now that we've closed escrow Lonnie continues to go above and beyond with his attentiveness and recommendations. He is knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and has your best interest in mind.. I cannot begin to express how deeply I appreciate Lonnie. This is the second time I've worked with him, and I've been endlessly impressed by his work. We first worked with Lonnie when we sold our house last year. That house had been on the market for over a YEAR prior to working with Lonnie. Once we had his help, we got the house fixed up to sell, accepted an offer at asking, and closed in less than a month. Most recently, Lonnie helped us buy the condo of our dreams. We put a big part of our retirement funds into Lonnie’s hands and we were not disappointed. The home we sold was the first house we had bought as a young couple and we had lived there for 35 years. Lonnie immediately made us feel comfortable as he outlined the process of selling our home. He He was extremely responsive to all of our questions big and small throughout the entire process. His negotiation skills are unbelievable. He has a method of presenting a house to the market that really drives traffic. The listing included pictures and a video walk through with drone shots. Our house went up on Friday, Saturday-Monday there were 62 groups of showings by appointment. By the next Friday we were in escrow 101,000 over our asking price! Not only were we over the moon with the results, our neighbors are happy as I believe the sale of our home set a record for the neighborhood. I literally cannot say enough good things about Lonnie. His skills have strengthened our future financial position. I feel like when we signed with Lonnie we became part of his family.

Lonnie is an exceptional agent - he has an extreme attention to detail, deep knowledge of the process, and excellent communication and responsiveness. Working with Lonnie Mintz was a delightful experience from start to finish. He was professional, helpful, candid, maintained an unshakeable sense of humor, and is also excellent at metaphorical hand-holding, since I felt incredibly out of my depth. He was continually patient with my endless questions and went well above and beyond the call of duty multiple times during the process -- for example, I'm positive that picking up a surprise dozen-plus dead cockroaches in a property is not in the typical job description. Several times during the pending sale he discussed with me what he would have advised as the buyer's agent, and that was very useful for perspective and further understanding of the whole process.
