Lonnie is an amazing realtor! He goes above and beyond. This is definitely his calling. If you need a realtor that will help you whenever you need him, Lonnie is your guy! He was willing to come to our house with any paperwork, no matter what time it was...even on weekends. He spent labor day showing us houses. When the first house that we put an offer on accepted another offer, he was there to offer comfort. When we put an offer on our current house, he was there with advice even though he was on a trip out of state. We couldn't have asked for a more attentive realtor.

Lonnie went above and beyond with any questions and concerns I had with the house I was purchasing and found out the answers for me. He always got right back to me if I called, text or emailed him. He was very understanding to my needs. I would definitely use Lonnie again and recommend him to everyone who is need of his services.

Lonnie Larson will be prompt in responding to all contacts, in person, calls, texts, with full explanations, actions, answers. And he will involve others to make the home exchange as complete and efficiently guarding the clients time of involvement. Each contact with buyers and sellers were effective and positive. I our case he even added his own personal décor for showings, and was quick to respond to the needs of other realtors needing access or information.
