This was my first time buying a home and while it was very exciting it was also very overwhelming. I didn't have any idea of what to expect or what to ask for. London was able to assist me with anything I needed and was able to break down the information very simply as this was a new process for me. I had so many questions and London was so patient with me whenever I needed him to answer something for me he was very prompt and made sure I was comprehending what he was saying. We feel very fortunate that we found London Fields when our house needed to be sold. My husband had just died and I had undergone knee surgery which was disabling. I was not in an ideal emotional or physical condition to concentrate on any of the factors involved in a house sale. I was impressed when I first met with London. He was upbeat, but immediately seemed to understand the ramifications of my particular concerns and worries. His knowlege of our neighborhood was heartening. After he examined he house, he was detailed in what needed to be done to improve it's desirability to prospective buyers. As I was not physically able to do much of anything, he found workmen to make any necessary changes and he found good workmen at a decent price. Thoughout the entire process, London responded immediately to any concerns or questions I had. He stopped by every day to check on the house. Once he started showing the house, he did everything he could to make the prospective buyers' schedules compatible with mine. He sold the house in much less time than I had imagined and he sold it for more money than originally anticipated. I recommend London Fields to anyone who has a house to sell (or buy). He is the most professional and effective realtor I have encountered.
