London Fields provided excellent customer support as our agent. He prepared a fantastic sales brochure with professional photography. The flyers were appealing to potential buyers. We appreciated his market strategy of accompanying every prospective buyer and their agent at each showing. Thereby the prospective buyers were made aware of the home amenities including energy saving features and 360 degree video security system. Also, he emphasized the beautiful landscaping and area benefits including schools, shopping, and restaurants. We highly recommend his services as a listing agent.

My situation was difficult but I did not have to deal with any of it--Mr. Fields took care of everything--much of what he did had nothing to do with his work in selling the house; apart from his commission he received no compensation except my eternal gratitude and my wish to recommend him to anyone who needs a real estate agent. I should stress that I have dealt with Mr. Fields twice. In each case his real estate acuity in setting a good sale price and in advising about what physical things could be done to encourage a prompt sale were outstanding.
