He is professional, clever, transparent, knowledgeable, intelligent, trustworthy, dedicated, patient, communicative, and fun! He will explain every step of the way and has no problem holding your hand and walking you through the sometimes lengthy and tedious process. He has even gone over to our new house (in CT) several times to check on things, which is huge, since we are still a state away (in MA).
