Lon is the kind of person you want in your corner when buying or selling a house! He is very knowledgeable, experienced, and patient. Even more he is an excellent relationship builder, and will quickly get to know the parties involved and ask the right questions to uncover some of the underlying details that others might miss. On the sale side, he helped with an eye for what to do to get the house ready. We sold quickly and exceeded expectations for our sale price. On the buy side, he was patient with us as we waited for the right time to make offers, and was able to take the temperature of the situation to correctly assess where we needed to be to put in a realistic and competitive bid. He is professional, clever, transparent, knowledgeable, intelligent, trustworthy, dedicated, patient, communicative, and fun! He will explain every step of the way and has no problem holding your hand and walking you through the sometimes lengthy and tedious process. He has even gone over to our new house (in CT) several times to check on things, which is huge, since we are still a state away (in MA). When we closed on the house, Lon gave us several extremely thoughtful gifts. It just showed me that he really pays attention. During this whole process, not only has Lon become our new realtor, he has also become our new friend. I can't recommend him highly enough.
