Lon is super easy to work with, fun and always extremeley attentive to showing requests/questions. He quickly became familiar with the areas I was interested in (if he's not already) and made himself an expert on the town/driving routes/etc. There were several towns I was unsure of, and he was able to find out about the schools/general areas I would like/dislike and even detailed info on specific neighborhoods. He was also extremeley helpful in obtaining/disclosing general information about properties that I would have overlooked, such as age/condition of heating/roof/electric systems/structural details. Overall a great realtor who really makes the process so much easier, especially since I'm a first time homebuyer.
