So in the past two years, I have had the pleasure of using Lola for both selling and buying in the Las Vegas market. Lola has helped me sell my townhome, purchase a brand new home with my wife, and then sell that new home (moved for job relocation). Hands down one of the best real estate agents in Las Vegas, period! She takes great care of her clients, and is the most thorough agent we have worked with. From the very first meeting where she sat us down and provided the most in depth binder full of comps and housing market information to the posting of the Monopoly Realty sign in our front yard (which is a site to behold compared to the small little staked in signs that others use), to meeting her at the Title company to sign our closing documents, Lola was always there to answer our questions, to walk us through anything that we hadn't dealt with before, and to always assure us that she was there to help. Her strategy for selling our house was also unmatched, she told us what she thought would happen, and she was exactly right, she couldn't have written a better script if she tried, and we couldn't have asked for a better agent to help us sell our home!
