Lois is easy to work with, and really stands out from other Realtors that I have had occasion to work with in that she not only works very hard for her clients, she listens to what they want, and provides thoughtful advice throughout the process to make it as easy as possible.

We had our home on and off the market for the greater part of 5 years, between Spring 2009 and Summer 2014. We chose to re-list with Lois because her business card showed up on our foyer table after buyer tours at least three times more than any other agent's during our previous listing periods. She showed our home more than anyone. When we decided to give the market another go, we chose Lois because it seemed like she was already working harder for us than anyone else we had listed with. She helped stage the little touches inside and outside our home, sometimes with her own furniture, and personally handled our contractor relationship during the inspection and repair period prior to closing. If we needed something, she worked to make sure we got it. She handled the negotiation process with each offer very well and worked to make sure we achieved a fair market price for our home. My wife and I absolutely believe that, after years of trying, our house sold at a price we were happy with because of Lois.

Working with Lois was a delight, from our initial meeting all the way through closing. Because Lois was always available to us, and at any hour, we felt as if we were her only clients. Anticipating our questions, Lois would be ready with the answers, having already done the research before meeting with us. Lois got right to work on selling our home. Always with an eye on what buyers were looking for, Lois provided us with a workable list of improvements, helped us stage parts of our home to highlight its best features, and even loaned us some of her own accessories! With her keen eye for design, Lois was able to present our home beautifully. And we believe that the professional photos she had done of our home really helped ours stand out above the rest. At the same time, Lois worked tirelessly to help us find a new home. She was able to present a variety of properties, and her insight in evaluating each according to our needs was key. Lois constantly had her eye on the market and was ever ready to jump in the car to show us something new. Because of her extensive network with other realtors, Lois was able to show us some homes before they were listed. And even when we had a contract on a home to purchase, Lois kept her eyes open for other properties “just in case.” Lois truly didn’t rest until she had found us the perfect home (and she did!). We benefited from Lois’s professionalism each step of the way, and we were always confident that she was representing us well on every front. Lois was not only our realtor, but throughout the process became our friend. We are proud to call Lois our own!
