Lo-An was always well-organized, extremely resourceful, and she took the time to really get to know what my husband and I were looking for. Lo-An was proactive with communicating new listings with us, and she was always prompt in responding to our questions. Lo-An helped me through the purchase of my first house in Lake Mary. This was made difficult by the fact that I was moving to Florida from out of state and only had one weekend to spend in the Orlando area looking at homes. She sent me links to look at many homes which were narrowed down to the ones I wanted to see, then she spent the entire weekend showing me homes. After the purchase of my first choice home fell through due to a low appraisal, she helped me find another one. The negotiations were difficult and Lo-An handled everything that needed to be done on a very tight schedule. She is very knowledgeable about the Orlando area and was willing to tackle every task needed to get through closing. I would highly recommend her to be your real estate agent too!
