I want to give an Excellent review to Royal Henry. He’s a great realtor. He kept me informed on all aspects of my property sale. He stayed on top of the property and sold it for my asking price and quickly. You can’t ask any more from an excellent realtor. Peggy Mottel

We have used Royal’s services and expertise before and have always had great results. Keep up the great work Royal!

This is the second time we have used Royal and he definitely knows the SunBird market and community! We were very pleased with his work and recommend him to you!

Royal is not only knowledgeable about Sunbird Golf Resort, he is a resident and active community member. He was very helpful negotiating with potential buyers as well as the HOA! These are the reasons he sells 30% of the homes within the community and the reasons I selected him over other agents I interviewed.

When we buy our next house, we will definitely be calling Royal. He made things very smooth, easy helped us through a lot of things . He is very knowledgeable , Thanks so much Royal 💕

Royal communicated with us on a regular basis and was very thorough.
