I knew Lluvia through a friend at work who has been using her service. In the process of looking for a listing agent for our Norwalk house, we interviewed a few realtors. We decided to list our house with Lluvia for her knowledge, professionalism and outstanding communication. In the process of preparing our house before putting on the market, she has been extremely patient with my action to upgrade the house until it's ready. Once I committed to a date for the house to be advertised, a week before the date, she has prepared everything leading to our open house a day after the house is finish. That same week-end, I have received 7 offers. On Monday we sat down to go through the offers and her recommendation. I was quite impressed with the preparation including the prequalification and prenegotiation process leading to her recommendation. I took her suggestion for the best offer based on probability of closing on time and highest offer. Through her supervision and continued renegotiation with the buyer, although I was out traveling, we were able to close the escrow practically almost on time (late by a few days). I would highly recommend her service to everyone who needs a professional and outstanding agent.
