We have been working with Lloyd since we purchased our first home in 2016. After 2 years in that house and an addition to our family, we made the decision to sell it and move closer to family. Our house sold within 20 hours of listing so needless to say he did an AMAZING job. We began searching for our 2nd house and the one thing I love most about Lloyd is his honesty. He cares more about your happiness and well being than his own. He made spreadsheets to show us travel costs for work and daycare, he made sure we had every single bit of info we needed to make a smart decision. When we found "the one" he walked through and gave us a glowing review in his opinion and we knew right then we needed to buy it. He had earned all of our trust to the point that we 100% took his advice and he never once steered us in the wrong direction. He battled for this house and was contacting the sellers for weeks getting us the best deal and he never gave up. We now have this amazing house and Lloyd is the biggest reason for that. I could not recommend someone for anything like I could Lloyd. He is a fantastic agent and person. We consider him a lifelong friend.
