Technically, I was assigned Llyod after I requested another agent. However, I was not disappointed in the selection from the agency. He met all my requirements and did not disappoint. He got my house sold. He had more showings, with a no show rate of "0", which was a huge improvement to the previous listing agent. I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. I think because he was coming in from a previous agent he had it harder to try to figure out how to modify information what was given to me previously to help me understand maybe that information may not have been the most accurate information. However, that information was already established so I kept referring to that information which was misguiding the process. Yet, he was still able to navigate the process and get it on the right track even though the waters were rough and bumpy. He knew what needed to be done and the marketing materials were a great representations of my house for sale.
