Lizzette Dawes Ordonez

I had an amazing experience working with Liz and The Dawes Team finding my first investment property! From start to finish, she was incredibly responsive, always quick to answer my questions, available 24/7 (even on weekends and holidays) and kept me updated via email, text, or phone about every step of the process. Liz’s professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail of the home buying process truly stood out—she made everything feel smooth and manageable, even when things could have been stressful and overwhelming. Liz also went above and beyond by connecting me with a great mortgage lender, making the entire process seamless. Her expertise, support, friendly attitude, patience, and ability to read her clients solidify her as a top-notch professional who truly cares about her clients finding the right home. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent and honestly wish everyone had Liz and The Dawes Team on their side. I already miss working with Liz as she is such a genuine and caring human. If you or anyone you know is thinking about buying or selling, I highly recommend contacting Liz and the Dawes Team. Thanks Liz for everything!
