Liza is extremely knowledgable and has a driven personality. I worked with her for years, first as part of the management company who managed my rental property, and ultimately as the realtor who handled the sale of that same property. Liza navigated challenges with professionalism and she was protective of my interests. She kept me informed of the progress and took ownership of the different aspects of the sale, which gave me tremendous confidence since I reside out of state. Liza will get things done! Absolutely the best agent we could have hoped for. We had been working with Liza for renting but never for selling a property and had normally used another agent for selling. When it came time to sell we were torn between Liza and another agent from a different broker and we're so glad we choose Liza. Due to circumstances that go along with buying and selling, especially if both happen at the same time, we had a tight timeframe of less than 3 weeks to sell with several restrictions placed on us and we also needed to sell at a certain price point which seemed all impossible.
