At first apparently fine..after very communication..there was no delivery of keys derectly..the keys were handed over to other people..there was no answer to the questions..the. Phone did not answer.l never had passiense..he asked us to fix the house tha we sold tha the buyers did not ask for..when there were changes of schedule with the buyers it did.not warn..l do not recomment it..l would not be treated with her again..
