Liz Saunders

Realtors are a dime a dozen in The Villages so sometimes it's hard to know which one to choose for this important, expensive undertaking. We were extremely fortunate to find Elizabeth (Liz) Saunders (352-561-6053, affiliated with Florida Fine Homes Realty). We hired Liz initially to help us stage our patio villa for maximum effect, and she did an excellent job. We subsequently asked Liz and one other realtor to present their marketing strategy and pricing suggestions. Liz did her homework and came prepared with printouts of several comparable properties. She had taken the time to analyze each of the homes, highlighting features both positive and negative. At the end of the presentation she offered her suggested asking price, a number that was in line with our own expectations. Our home was on the MLS on Sunday. By the end of the day on Tuesday, we had four offers and accepted a cash offer for more than our listing price! The process was quick and clean. We couldn't have asked for more!

Would love to have another deal with her. We worked very well together. Had problems with title company. It was very aggraveting . Woudn't cll back the buyer wnted to know what amount to bring to closing . They waited till the last minute to give him the closing amount and then they charged $2200 to much and had to send it to him not happy with the title company at all
