Where do we begin? We reached out to Liz after doing a little research. She was immediately helpful in narrowing our focus and getting us ready to look at homes. She coordinated 6 showings in one day, entertained our baby while we looked, and ultimately guided us through the buying process of our dream home. Liz did a great job of guiding us through the sale process and was able to keep an even keel and help with our anxieties when things did not appear to be going smoothly. I cannot recommend Liz highly enough. While moving from Boston to Grafton, Liz quickly became my local guide to the area. My husband and I ended up with a wonderful home in a great area because of her expertise and knowledge. She kept me in the loop during every stage of the real estate process and really took charge during the negotiation phase to make sure I got the best price possible. Liz is a very good listener. She got to me know me and my family and I am pretty sure she knew what we were looking for before we even did. She never pushed us but made helpful suggestions which landed us in our dream home!
Liz was amazing through our entire process of buying our first home. Liz makes buying a house easy She listens to the buyers discription of what they want and then narrows down the list of houses to see based on this. Why is this helpful? Because it takes a stressful overwhelming experience and makes it manageable! She even knew what I needed by what I said and not what I asked for . An example of this is my houses location and the commute that thanks to her is 10-15minutes daily instead of 30-40. Thank you Liz!
