We've used Mark & Liz a few times now and we recently used them to buy and sell a house at the same time. The whole process with them is super easy and they are on top of everything. They did research prior to us putting an offer in to make sure our offer was in line with the market and competitive enough to make our offer stand out. As far as selling goes, we got a full price offer in the first weekend and even got some extra credits thanks to Liz and her due diligence. When I did the first time buyer move from renting an apartment to owning a condominium, I developed a stress related health issue because of all of the expected stress factors - the mortgage broker, the builder, the home inspector. Years later I met a nice small business owner who ran a lovely pizzeria. Sadly, their pizzeria didn't make it, but I filed away a real estate agent ad on the back of their menu in my head for future reference. When it came time to make the move from a condo to a house, I looked up the nice pizzeria owners and asked if they worked as buyers agents. They remembered my pizza order! This was at the peak of COVID19 pandemic real estate market in an exceptionally tight town. I had particular considerations and preferences that further limited my choices and also had an eye towards the new construction projects in my targeted region might offer. Liz worked patiently with me for over a year keeping me prepared with a mortgage lender and presenting new listings and repeatedly checking with a builder on a pending development to get details on their intended market and features. Then the proverbial dream listing appeared, hitting all my must haves, most of my nice to haves, and an absolutely ideal location. The listing opened on a Wednesday with an open house on the weekend and an offer deadline of Monday at noon. Just 6 days. Liz worked with the selling agent and got me a private viewing after the open house. Because of Liz's work making sure I was always prepared, while my offer was not necessarily higher than competing offers, it was otherwise so solid that the sellers, pressed into a squeeze of their own making, could not pass up the sincerity and assured strength of my offer. And while the property had some issues they were all obvious items Liz and Mark pointed out to me ahead of time so there were no surprises. And no stress injuries! Use Liz and Mark and just do what they tell you to do!
