We've used Mark & Liz a few times now and we recently used them to buy and sell a house at the same time. The whole process with them is super easy and they are on top of everything. They did research prior to us putting an offer in to make sure our offer was in line with the market and competitive enough to make our offer stand out. As far as selling goes, we got a full price offer in the first weekend and even got some extra credits thanks to Liz and her due diligence. Their knowledge, experience and expertise make them great partners for all your real estate needs.
