Liz Williams is very personable. She was forthcoming through out the process of negotiation with the seller of this house. She always took my calls and responded to my text messages promptly.

And I might add, it was on a Sunday evening! I really appreciated that, so I chose to work with her even though she wasn't the listing agent. Liz was available any time I needed to get ahold of her. If she did not answer a call or text, she always got back to me within a few minutes. She showed a lot of patience dealing with my questions and either had answers or found me the answers. I tried for three months to sell my property myself. It sold in less than half that time after Liz took the listing. I’m glad I got her involved.
