Where do I even start, but I’ll make this short. I gave Liz a call since she has been a excellent realtor in the past with me and she continues to prove her strengths in this work force. I told her I had 30 days to move out from a place I was renting and she made it happen. We are extremely happy with the service she provided great communication with us and the lender and she went out of her way to find our new home that wasn’t even on our list. Liz went above and beyond in finding us the right home cause you got to know us and she knew exactly what we were looking for and we are very grateful for her.

Liz was patient and great to work with, we looked at several homes. We weren’t sure what we wanted, but she found us the perfect home. We are new to Yuma, so it was great that she also had recommendations for contractors to assist us with painting and new flooring.

Met her at an Open House and she was very helpful. She was not pushy and she listened to what we wanted and needed. She was always available when we needed her. She did a great job/

5 stars isn't enough for Liz Williams!! She was SO SO helpful through the WHOLE process. my husband and I are first time, young home buyers and definitely gave Liz a run for her money (not on purpose). But not once did we feel like a burden or even feel confused through the process. She knew what was best for us, and worked with her heart. She got us an INCREDIBLE home and we closed early! And we got money towards closing costs, and the previous owner to cover some renovations. I can't express enough how amazing Liz Williams is as a realtor. TRUST HER!!! (I never leave reviews, but this deserved to be said).

If I could give this woman 10 STARS, I would. She is so much more than an agent. She will fight for you and ensure the process of buying your home is as seamless as it can be. If I may be transparent here for a moment; my experience was not the greatest with buying my first home due to some other entities that were involved, but Ms. Williams did everything in her power to ensure that I stayed stress free and we ended up closing even though the odds were stacked against me. Liz fought tooth and nail to ensure this deal happened and I felt a genuine sense care and concern throughout the entire process. You can tell when a person loves what they do and I believe Liz exemplifies this with every fiber of her being. Even the sellers I was buying my home from loved her. They secretly wished she was their realtor because she's just that AWESOME!!! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!! A million times over!!! Raven

I definite recommend Liz. I was looking to relocate from out of State didn’t know the area and she showed me around. I had to return back home but when I got home she sent me a listing I was interested in she went over and videotaped the house for me and ended up closing on it. She is the best realtor! She is amazing! We were first time home buyer/military family needing a house rather fast. Liz was on it! She showed us so many homes and never looked irritated, and time I sent her some random crazy text way after hours she more then likely responded! She is hands down the best!
