As first time homebuyers and only lived in California for 9 months, Liz was a necessity to our buying experience! She was referred to us from a coworker of mine and I have to say, her work spoke for herself. Liz was available at literally any moment of the day for any question we had. The California market is quite different than most markets I'd imagine, from the buyer's letter to houses going pending within hours. Liz was very knowledgeable about all of this and knows this market VERY well - which she guided us along the process. I would HIGHLY recommend Liz!! Liz went above and beyond for us while we searched for, found, and bought our first home in Lincoln, CA! We had bumps along the way and she helped did everything she could and more to help us get our dream house. She was always available via phone, text, email to answer our questions. We couldn't have asked for anything more! We'd definitely recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Liz was awesome!!! I'm a tough customer. Rarely do I work with anyone that meets my expectations. Liz surpassed them. You text her; she responds immediately, even if it is to say "I don't have an answer but I'll find out." And she always did. We never felt like we weren't given her full attention. She didn't hound us, but would text us on Friday and ask what houses we wanted to see, and then always made herself available. When trying to decide between two houses, she gave us her honest opinion with our best interest in mind. Buying a house is a huge undertaking. You need someone that will take some of the work out of it for you. I appreciated not having to be on top of every detail for fear something would fall through the cracks. Liz is a true professional and makes sure that won't happen. Sure made a stressful time a lot less stressful.
