Liz Duffy

This is the fourth house Liz Duffy has assisted us with either buying or selling and this time it proved to be what made all the difference. Our new house went on the market at noon on a Tuesday and there were nine showings going on when we arrived at 6:30. That night the owners received four offers including ours but what tipped the scales in our direction was that Liz was the realtor. She has a reputation for being a no nonsense, straight shooter who knows her stuff. If you can do a deal with her, I whole-heartedly recommend it. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market and her Coldwell Banker team takes all the stress out of the myriad of details that need addressing whether buying or selling.

Liz was really great to work with! She had extensive knowledge of the area and helped us find the perfect home. She also was great at negotiating to get us the best price and easily guiding us through what could be a stressful process. We would highly suggest!
