Liz Dobbins

I have been looking for the right place for quite a long time.. Liz was not pushy at all. She allowed mer to do the shopping and gave me ideas or recommendations when I needed it. If I should buy or sell another house in the future I will use Liz. She worked with me over a year to find my place but I wanted a specific home and we were able to work together to get it done.

Liz listened to our needs and expectations. She was able to deliver exactly what we were looking for based on the criteria we provided. After fighting the property we liked, Liz identified and provided all the paperwork that was needed to complete the purchase in a timely matter. Overall we were very happy with the service we received from Liz.

Purchasing a home in a different state has obvious challenges. Liz provided service that was second to none. Not only did she personally pick us up from the airport, she spent her entire weekend driving and showing us properties, even making the long drive to Tucson when we found homes of interest there. When it was time to make an offer, she had everything completed extremely fast- she was efficient and on top of things. She guided us, gave advice but was never pushy, was honest and looked out for our best interests. What we appreciated was that she listened. We highly recommend Liz- she will be our “agent for life!”

From beginning to end, Liz made our land search/buying process seamless. Most of our communication was via phone/text/email. Liz was not only informative, but detail highly oriented. Going out to potential property and taking picture's for us, was especially useful. Although we had many specific (almost impossible) requirements, and only a day or two to look, Liz narrowed down our search, and we found EXACTLY what we were looking for. Our land couldn't be any more perfect for us. Liz was also extremely helpful when it came to price negotiation. It is with the utmost pleasure that we highly recommend Liz.

Liz did an excellent job of searching out homes that would fit my criteria in a short amount of time. I felt very confident with her knowledge of real estate and she goes above and beyond to finish out even after closing.

This is the second time that Liz has worked with me on a real estate transaction. The first was finding the perfect home for me a year ago. This time around, she represented me in the selling of a home I have owned for some time. When it came time to sell this home, I never thought of using anyone else. Liz has been in the real estate business for 18 + years and her experience shows through at every turn. She is a very effective communicator; I always knew what to expect and what was coming next well in advance. She is very personable, but completely professional at the same time. I was more than happy, actually surprised, at the final selling price of my home, but Liz was confident and her strategy and follow-through were spot on right up to the closing of escrow. I consider Liz my realtor. I will be working with her again and I would strongly recommend her to anyone buying or selling real estate in Arizona.
