She makes sure she knows as much about the property as you do, in fact, sometimes she knows more since you’ve had it long enough to have forgotten many things. She also understands her market and is able to convey that knowledge to both you and the potential buyers. I appreciated her tenacity, her willingness to listen, and her suggestions. She has a can-do attitude and she knows her product.
