Liz helped us sell our hurricane damaged condo on Anna Maria Island. She picked up the ball for us late last year and has run with it ever since. She is excellent. Her recommendations as far as price, dealing with offers, dealing with contractors, and how to work with the HOA couldn't have been better. We live in Michigan so we needed someone who could handle our long distance negotiations and she was just the person.

She makes sure she knows as much about the property as you do, in fact, sometimes she knows more since you’ve had it long enough to have forgotten many things.
