Liz Bruch

Always reachable, took time and prepared materials for us, and really shined when the showings and offers started. Liz will work hard on your behalf and make sure you get what’s fair and what’s right.

Extremely helpful throughout the whole home buying process, very organized and informative on houses we visited, knew what to look for and stay away from being a first time home buyer

Liz was amazing with everything we had going on. Selling our house fast and getting us into our dream house. We always loved talking to her on the phone. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She was literally there for us every step of the way. I will be recommending her to anyone I know that is in need of a realtor.

My Boyfriend and I had the best time looking for our first home with Liz Bruch. The market is not easy right now - to say the least - yet after a couple months of searching we were able to secure our first home in Shrewsberry/Webster Groves for only 3k over asking. Not only did we get a home in one of our top areas - but Liz Bruch also made the process a fun one. I could not recommend her enough for your home journey to buy or sell. Her knowledge is outstanding and how she expresses it in latent terms for anyone to follow is so good. She makes sure you know what you are buying and what is an outright no. Shes there for her client every-single-time and truly did everything possible to secure our first home!

I had the pleasure of working with an exceptional realtor who made our home-buying experience unforgettable - Liz Bruch. From the start, her personable nature and deep market knowledge were impressive. Just her expertise in the local market and property values was outstanding. She understood our needs and budget, showing us homes that were perfect matches. Her guidance helped us make informed decisions and negotiate a fair price. What set our realtor apart was her comprehensive service. Liz connected us with trusted interior designers, contractors, and vendors, ensuring a smooth transition into our new home. Additionally, her recommendations for local restaurants added a personal touch. In conclusion, Liz’s personable approach, market expertise, and dedication to clients make her an outstanding professional. She made a significant impact on our home-buying journey, and we highly recommend her services.

Liz was amazing!!! Which to be honest is an understatement. Truly took the time to be there and show up throughout the entire process. We are first time home buyers and we approached this situation with so much anxiety but Liz was able to handle with compassion and grace. A true expert in a class of her own. Thank you so much for everything!! This experience will never be forgotten.
