I don’t write many reviews but I have to express how happy we are with Livia’s work and professionalism and for making a decision on having her as our realtor! About two years ago I started to look at some model homes as I love new construction. I completely fell in love with the location and floor plan of one of the model homes in one of the neighborhoods in Frisco. Although this house was way over my budget, Livia offered to go see this house and check what it had that I really loved. She knew my husband was not in the same page and did not want to move from our house at the time since we had built only 7 years ago. I knew my husband would not move to any place with a small yard and backing neighbors since he appreciate the privacy at the house we had built. Livia still offered help to go around and look at different options. This was a very tough search but she was always so patient. Then, Covid hits...Oh My! What a time! We didn’t know if we wanted to sell our house anymore but since we had already planned and we were excited about the new house being built we decided to move forward with it and again, Livia showed she’s just not a great realtor, but that she actually has “Super Powers”!! YES! she made it happen in the middle of the crisis and we sold our home in 5 days with it being on the market and we got what we wanted for it. Livia saved us from all the headache and anxiety we thought we would have and we thank her for it!!
