Livia Pepe was exceptional in the process of selling our house! In the listing consultation, Livia provided us with incredible market information that lead us to decide to sell our house AFTER purchasing the new construction one. This decision was really hard to make because the market was really really good to sell at that moment, houses have been appreciating around $150K in our community already, we’re afraid to wait and loose the best timing, but she also considered the graphics showing the market would keep appreciating and we didn’t want to be homeless or stay too much time in a rental with construction delays going on. This decision only made us make almost 4 times we’re expecting, and this tells you how sharp on strategic decisions she is. Needless to say how helpful it was to be aware of each stage of the selling process in coordination with the buying process altogether. All the disclosures we prepared upfront totally made us look very professional sellers and well prepared, so buyers wasted no time in sending us dozens of offers.
