Born in Jacksonville, Florida, and a longtime resident of Nocatee, Lisa uses her vast knowledge of the area to help buyers find the right neighborhood to suit their needs. Lisa began her real estate career in 1998 as a mortgage loan officer, an experience that taught her how to negotiate from a position of strength and to truly work on her clients’ behalf. She also graduated with the Departmental Award from nearby Flagler College, where she studied psychology. Her time there provided a solid foundation in marketing and helped her understand how to attract buyers and get the highest price possible for sellers. Lisa appreciates how stressful a real estate journey can be, and she aims to lower the pressure so her clients enjoy the experience. This has won her awards for excellence in customer service. From helping her mother in model homes as a teenager, to acquiring expert knowledge in her time as a mortgage loan officer, to assisting people in upsizing, downsizing, relocating, and everything in between, Lisa loves all aspects of real estate. She has built a reputation for giving her clients straightforward advice — because their interests should always come first. Lisa’s big WHY will always be her family. Running her own business has taught her to hold herself accountable and to be of service, two lessons she wants to model for her three daughters. She spends her spare time supporting ASD charities, reading and relaxing at the beach or pool, hitching a ride on someone else’s boat, swearing at golf balls, and watching her husband sing karaoke. Lisa is absolutely amazing to work with

Lisa is absolutely amazing to work with. She went above and beyond to help us sell our house. We had the unique experience of listing our home while living abroad and Lisa handled everything beautifully. We've sold six houses in the last ten years and Lisa was by far the best agent we've ever worked with. She really understood the market and how to manage multiple offers to get us the best possible price for our house.

Lisa knows Nocatee

Lisa sold our home in Nocatee. She knew the market was a little slower around fall and Christmas time so she found ways to think outside the box to get our house out there. She worked with Matterport to give a virtual tour of our home for people out of state. Because she took these steps we ended up selling to a family from Africa. Without her hard work and thinking ahead of the market I believe we wouldn't have sold our home as fast as we did. Thanks Lisa!
