Our mom left the decisions of sale of her house to me and it was important to us to get the most for the house for our mom but keeping stress and anxiety out. I suggested Lisa and a sibling suggested another realtor. We met with both and chose Lisa. We liked her knowledge of the current market and the area. She suggested a starting price for listing that was well over our expectations and we signed a three month contract with her. Lisa and I spoke after the house was on the market for a couple weeks. We decided to hold an open house and drop the price a bit. A couple weeks after the open house we received a cash offer. We presented our bottom line and Lisa answered all my questions, presenting me with our options. I knew I was making the right decision for our mom. We went from listing to closing in 6 weeks and our mom got a very good price for her house without feeling any stress or anxiety.
Lisa was gentle and kind through this long process. Late nights weekends and vacations do not matter to Lisa she will talk to you. It was a particularly difficult process and Lisa kept her calm even when I was not. Through it all Lisa got us the type of house in the right location we requested. I am very glad I had Lisa negotiating for me and she more than earned her fees and added so much value with the personal touches and being an awesome human. The process was not easy and I couldn't imagine doing this without someone like Lisa. Lisa is honest fair and kind.
