I was pleased with the friendly service given by Lisa when she estimated the value of our property. It was easy to get our house listed, it was well advertised, and showings started quickly. Lisa communicated about each showing, keeping me up on when someone was coming, and which realtor was bringing them, and making sure the timing was good for us. There seemed to be good communication between the two realtors involved, and questions were answered in a timely manner. A couple of minor miscommunications were resolved graciously. Overall, it was a very positive--and quick--process.
