After retiring and moving back to Pa. from SC, after 34 years, (18 years as a Realtor), I volunteered to assist my 89 year old father in law, with the sale of his home. Not knowing a good Realtor in Berks County, I shopped the internet for one, I as a retired Realtor, would want to hire to get the job done. Lisa Tiger stood out by far, in my opinion, and I didn't even consider another. I advised my father in law of my decision, and he said, "I trust your judgement, proceed". I called her, explained the situation, and that I would be Power of Attorney in the handling of the sale, and that l'd like her to run a comparable market analysis, (CMA), to establish a list price. After reviewing the market on Realtor.com, then reviewing her CMA, I asked her what her gut tells her to price it at. She nailed it! The same number my gut feeling was. We listed that day, had 4 showings the next 3 days, and got 3 offers. With the help of Lisa, and her noteworthy staff, we closed on time, 7 weeks later. As I experienced the last several years of my career, real estate sales are becoming more and more difficult to close smoothly and timely. Although we had a few bumps in the road to closing, Lisa and her highly competent staff smoothed the way. Experience isn't expensive, it's priceless!
