In 2013 with all our kids grown, my husband and I decided that our home in Roswell needed to be sold. Although we had it on the market doe six months, we never heard from the listing agent and there were only three showings and only an open house for for agents. I found Lisa on Zillow when I was looking up values of houses in the area where I had my rental house located (Woodstock, GA). I live in FL. I called Lisa and I liked her right away. I explained that I lived out of state and needed to sell my rental house and that I currently had a renter in the home but she would be moving out soon. Well that did not turn out well and the renter became quite difficult. Lisa remained calm through out the process of getting of the renter to vacate the house and Lisa dealt with the renter one on one assisting the renter in several ways to get her to leave. Lisa then assisted me on getting some repairs done to the home prior to listing it for sale. Since I live in FL, Lisa had to take on quite a bit of the phone calls and meeting the contractors who did the work. She never let me down. Lisa responded to every one of my texts, phone calls and emails in a timely manner. We had several offers on the house as it was located in a very desirable subdivision. Unfortunately some of the offers came from flippers and Lisa would share these offers with me but of course we both agreed the offers where not worth our time. We did have one couple who made a good offer but they got cold feet on the last day of their due diligence, so back on the market the house went. The next offer worked out really well. Lisa guided me through the process and we are closing on the house tomorrow! (12/1/16). I am very pleased with the selling price and I feel that the new owners will love this home as much as I did prior to me making it into a rental property.
