We have worked with Lisa in three sales and one purchase. If she was not superior in all phases we would not have worked with her repeatedly. She handled all the quirky things that go on in a home sale and purchase with a cool, calm demeanor. Both the sale of my house and the purchase of my condo were difficult emotionally for me. Lisa was always there with a good word to encourage me on difficult decisions I had to make. Regarding the purchase of the condo - the seller/realtor was not always co-operative in doing her job. For example there is a storage space in the back of the condo which was locked and the seller was not co-operating on resolving the issue. Lisa with her own money hired a locksmith to come in and get it opened and stayed with me and the locksmith to complete the task at hand. On the day of the final closing for the condo; again the seller/realtor was argumentative and unreasonable in her expectations. To get a final resolution on the unfortunate circumstances, Lisa was generous to use some of her commission to alleviate the unwillingness of the seller to compromise and we were able to close on the contract that day. I cannot emphasize how hard Lisa worked to locate a place for me to move to that would fit my needs and requirements. She was always confident and always had a good word to encourage me in trying circumstances to keep working to complete our goal.

Lisa understood the potential of the property better than all other realtors. We spoke to and she understands the actions necessary to take to prepare the property for the best showing. She was extremely positive and proactive. What happened? What happened Junebug Junebug?
